These terms apply to the KeeKom app and keyboard ("KeeKom"). By using KeeKom you agree to them.
本規約は、KeeKomアプリおよびキーボード（以下「KeeKom」）に適用されます。KeeKomを使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
KeeKom grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store terms.
App Storeの規約に基づき、お客様が所有・管理するApple端末でKeeKomを使用するための、個人的で譲渡不可のライセンスを付与します。
KeeKom Spark and KeeKom Blaze are annual subscriptions that renew once a year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the current year runs out. KeeKom Inferno is a separate one-time purchase and never expires. All payments are handled by Apple, prices are shown in the App Store before you buy, and refunds follow Apple's policies.
KeeKom SparkとKeeKom Blazeは、1年ごとに自動更新される年額サブスクリプションです。期間終了の24時間前までに解約されない場合は自動更新されます。解約はApple IDの設定からいつでも可能で、解約後も現在の期間が終わるまでご利用いただけます。KeeKom Infernoは買い切りで、期限はありません。お支払いはすべてAppleが処理し、価格は購入前にApp Storeに表示されます。返金はAppleのポリシーに従います。
Cloud features are subject to fair-use limits to keep the service fast and sustainable. Automated, bulk, or abusive use may be limited or blocked.

KeeKom is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeeKom’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
